In case you need proof that: 1.) science is awesome, and 2.) there is a machine/tool for almost every task imaginable, may I present the Mattson cooker!
They also make for a great conversation starter – show your friends a picture and ask them if they have any guesses as to what this contraption does. Admittedly, results could vary among friend groups… I may have a biased sample with food science folks.
Did not know about Mattson cooker till now. Another great piece of legumes information I know now!
